(Tokyo — May 27, 2026) Secures a $3M supply agreement over 3 years, local assembly production, and exclusive distribution networksaeonus (CEO Heo Eun), a leading South Korean provider of mobile Energy Storage System (ESS) power solutions, has established strategic partnerships to accelerate its expansion into the Japanese market. On May 27, aeonus signed two separate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) in Tokyo with SHINDEN HIGHTEX CORPORATION (CEO Suzuki Jun), a prominent electronic component and semiconductor trading company, and Eneman (CEO Mio Taichiro), an ESS-specialized renewable energy firm. These back-to-back agreements focus on localizing aeonus’s proprietary mobile ESS line, the ‘indego series,’ securing a stable supply chain, and establishing a robust distribution network in Japan.■ aeonus × SHINDEN HIGHTEX: Distribution and System Advanced EngineeringSHINDEN HIGHTEX, a specialist in telecommunications, semiconductors, and displays, supplies batteries to major telecom companies like NTT and is expanding into eco-friendly energy solutions. With its extensive network of manufacturing and infrastructure clients, SHINDEN HIGHTEX will purchase at least $3 million (USD) worth of the 'indego series' over the next three years. The two companies will collaborate on component sourcing and system optimization for the Japanese market. SHINDEN HIGHTEX will act as the master distributor, marketing the indego series as a "Mobile Decarbonized Charging Solution" to its existing corporate clients.■ aeonus × Eneman: Compliance-Optimized Local Assembly and Carbon-Neutral PromotionFounded in 2015, Eneman is a technology-driven ESS specialist that has deployed peak-shaving and emergency backup ESS at over 110 sites, including hospitals and government offices across Japan. The company also holds advanced grid-control expertise gained through long-term participation in Japan's Virtual Power Plant (VPP) pilot projects.Through this MOU, aeonus will integrate Eneman’s grid-control technology into the indego series to comply with Japanese safety regulations, enabling local assembly (CKD/SKD) and distribution.Additionally, the two companies will deploy the indego emission-free, silent generator at the ‘Nakatsugawa WILD WOOD 2026’ music festival in Gifu Prefecture this September. By replacing traditional diesel generators, aeonus aims to jumpstart its entry into Japan’s eco-friendly event power market.■ Future Outlook & CEO StatementMoving forward, aeonus plans to target two fast-growing sectors in Japan: ▲eco-friendly construction machinery power infrastructure and ▲emergency backup power solutions for disaster relief."This agreement goes beyond exporting finished products; we are building a tailored local ecosystem with Japan's top power control and distribution partners," said Heo Eun, CEO of aeonus. "By combining SHINDEN HIGHTEX's strong value chain with Eneman's VPP technology, we will lead the mobile decarbonized power market in Japan."
